What to know before you order
Not sure what to send? These are the answers that come up most often.
What file format do you need?
PDF, PNG, JPEG or TIFF, up to 50 MB per file. PDF is the safest for print. Uploads are validated from the file's actual bytes, so a renamed file is rejected rather than quietly accepted.
What happens to my artwork after I upload it?
It is stored and marked received — not approved. A person reviews it before anything goes to press, and the status only changes when they have looked at it. You can replace a file at any time from the cart.
How is the price calculated?
From the product's stock, finish and quantity ladder. Your browser previews the figure instantly, then the server recalculates it from the product and option ids. The price that counts is always the server's.
Is payment taken?
No. This is a demonstration storefront: checkout records the order and its configuration, and no card details are asked for or stored.
